Ordering Information

Please note the following information for ordering:

Ordering:

- Orders can be made by emailing anton@nativeseedsaustralia.com, by phone 0424173625 or by writing to PO Box 590, Mullumbimby NSW 2483.

- Payment may be made by direct deposit/EFT, cheque or money order.

Terms of Payment:

- New customers are requested to forward full payment with first order.

- For established customers, arrangements may be made for other terms of payment for future orders.

Prices and Quotes:

- All prices are in AUD.

- Prices are subject to change without notice, however every attempt will be made to advise prior to significant changes.

- All quotes are valid from 30 days from the date of quote.

Delivery:

- Cost of delivery is additional to seed cost. Please contact us for delivery information.

- Ownership and responsibility for the product passes to the buyer when handed to the Official Carrier.

- Insurance may be organised at the buyers request at time of order.

Provenance:

- Provenance information is provided with each seed batch.

- If you require seeds from a specific provenance please contact us and we may be able to arrange a suitable collection.

Viability Testing:

- Viability and germination testing and certificates may be organised on special request. Please contact us for further details.

Back order:

-  Unavailable seeds may be placed on back order for delivery in some circumstances and the order completed once collected. Please let us know if you require back order of seeds and this may be arranged by contacting us.

Limited Liability:

- Given the complex nature of the product and many variables associated with the collection, processing and cleaning of seed, and while every effort is made to ensure that seeds are of the highest quality, viability and genetic integrity, Native Seeds Australia provides no guarantee of success in seed germination, viability or genetic purity of seed supplied.

All warranties, conditions and statements regarding these factors expressed, implied and whether statutory or otherwise are to the full extent permitted by law hereby expressly excluded.

Native Seeds Australia’s liability for losses arising from these factors are limited to : a) replacement of the seed supplied with same or equivalent seed, or b) payment of the cost of replacing the seed with same or equivalent, or having the seed supplied again. Notification of such replacement must be made within 10 days of receiving seeds for returns to be valid.

By placing an order with Native Seeds Australia, you are accepting that you have read and accepted the above conditions.
